It has been raining cats and dogs all day today. I had the day off so I stayed home with my baby Dane. I went to go let her outside and she would not leave the porch to go in the rain! I tried dragging her out to the grass (try that with a 100pd mule lol). I then remembered that I found a cute raincoat at Old Navy a couple weeks ago for her. (I typically hate the idea of people dressing up their pets, but this was on sale and was in her size. hard to find that!) So I took her back inside, put on the raincoat, and tried again. She had the little hood up around her face, and she looked so darn cute. But she actually tip toed out to the yard in the rain with her rain coat and went potty! lol
My question is:
Does your dog have any weird quirks like this?
What does your dog do that makes you smile?
My Dog Seriously Won’t Go Out In The Rain Without Her Raincoat! Lol?

Aha!
My dog digs holes for rocks.. He carries the rocks in his mouth around everywhere. He’ll get mad if you take his rocks.. It’s kind of ironic, his name is Rocky!
The thing my dog does that makes me smile is tilt his head and stare at me.

One of my dogs will happily go for a walk in the rain and not appear to notice it but if I’m just letting her out to pee in the yard when it’s raining, I practically have to push her down the stairs, and then she tiptoes across the wet lawn with an EEWW look on her face as if it’s 6 inches of mud. Go figure.

My Labrador, Bear, has 3 stuffed animals that he is extremley proud of. He has 1. A gorilla (Congo) 2. A whale from Six Flags 3. A monkey
He will always greet you with these, and he will Wag his tail more and stand a little taller and hold his head a little higher….basically, he loves them. He is just so full of himself whenever he has them!! He is just the happiest little thing in the world. LOL
I love him!

My dog also hates going out in the rain (he hates getting wet altogether). He’ll be real excited to go outside, then when I open the door and he sees it’s raining, he won’t want to go outside. He’ll stand on the front steps under cover so he doesn’t get wet.
