They were intially going to sell the house after their mother passed away. But the sister wanted to live there. The brothers were reluctant but they agreed only if she would maintain the tax, not hoard and pay other expenses of the home. The brother’s want to sell the house because she is not maintaining the home or the taxes properly and she also has cluttered the home. She has history of hoarding. Her credit cards are maxed too. On top of that she has an apartment where she lived previously, that she still rents, of which she has cluttered too. It’s been over 8 years since she moved into the home in question.
