Does Anyone Know If The Manx (cat) Breed Are Born To Always Have The Wild Characteristics?
Posted by admin in Cat Breeds on February 8th, 2010
-Does anyone know if the manx breed are born to always have the wild characteristics? I’ve had my manx for about 11 years.. (it lives indoors) and it still bites.. it’s bit ever since it was a kitten.. I can only pet it on the head..or rub its neck… and nothing below..but if I pet longer than like 1 minute… it will turn around and take a chunk of my hand.. I don’t even pet it rough either.. its light petting..yet it still comes and rubs against me like it wants me to pet it..and it meows if me and my family call for it…and it follows us around… but why does it bite us and other people? I don’t understand… I would think if it didn’t like being pet it wouldn’t rub against me.. even after it eats.. and its full already..it will rub against us… yet then not too long it will bite us… What is wrong with it? Is it bipolar or something?!!!?? I wish I had a normal cat I could pick up and hold.. =[.
Humane Traps To Set Up For Catching A Wild Cat?
Posted by admin in Cat Breeds on January 18th, 2010
Ok, my neighbor feeds ferrel cats who aren’t fixed. The cats keep breeding and I just took the current litter of kittens to the shelter. I just can’t seem to catch one of the full grown cats. I can’t get one of those squirrel traps because the nearest shelter is about an hour away. It takes sooooo long to get there. Is there any other way to catch them?
How Do I Get Rid Of 15 Wild Stray Cats Without Also Getting Rid Of The Three Strays That I Take Care Of?
I live in an apartment building and have been feeding three stray cats for more than a year. A couple moved in about six months ago, and started putting out cat food for the strays at least five times a day. Now there are 18 strays! And, to top that, the neighbors moved away. Whenever I walk out my door, there are 18 cats running around. I need to get rid of the excess strays, but don’t want to lose the three kitties that I’ve been taking care of. I also really don’t want the strays to be euthanized. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get these kitties to go look for food elsewhere? I’m afraid my apartment management will be upset and might drop my lease. All suggestions are appreciated.
How Do I Keep The Neighbors Cats Away From My Wild Bird Feeders?
How do I keep the neighbors cats away from my wild birds that I feed? They are catching them, tearing them apart and leaving them lay about….this must stop….but how?
I spoke to the neighbors and they don’t care, they say it is what cats do…..As much as I want to kill them, I can’t….as that would be wrong in my opinion….so what can I do to make them not come back?

How Can I Stop Negative Feedback From A Sale Due To Wild Cat Postal Strikes?
Posted by admin in Cats For Sale on August 10th, 2009
All over the UK postal strikes every were and I get the buyer who chooses to over look the Warnings on the eBay and yahoo sites, TV and Radio!
I’m receiving intimidating emails of “If its not there by Monday I will give you a negative feedback!
YIKES!!!
Surely there is something to protect us from this kind of thing? I feel Powerless because of the strikes!
Liverpool has had more strikes than anywere and I cant afford to pay for the special types of post, it works for some things but I only sell at low low prices so you see what I meen, and I dont think that the buyers want to pay thrice the price of the Item they paid for either. I have a 100% positive feedback as a buyer and seller!
I gave him good feedback because he was very good paying there for it was due! besides I dont like to play the waiting game of seller gives feedback after receiving feedback!
Yet I understand why most do do it!
